[rescue] Looking for AIX 4.3.3 9/2001 Media (LCD4-0286-07)

I recently got a IBM RS/6000 Model 150 43P. I managed to get a nice
graphics card (GXT4500P) for $15, but the original AIX 4.3.3 media does
not contain the drivers for it and the ML11 update only has the patches
for the drivers.

I found out that the 9/2001 version of the media kit (CD number
LCD4-0286-07) has the drivers. Does anyone have a copy of that media kit
or just the drivers (devices.pci.14101c02.* 4.3.3.0)?

I can install AIX 5 on it, but I would like to stay on AIX 4.3.3 if possible.
