Anybody happen to have one lying around they'll let go cheap-ish?

You might also want to consider the X5670. It runs cooler and can be
swapped into a dual-socket system board, should you find one. The
firmware in my MacPro5,1 supported it without complaint.

Don't try to remove the heat spreader, though. I killed one that way. :(

Ended up buying a W3565 (quad core 3.2Ghz) for $10 off eBay.
