I read about an old demo, circa 1989, for a flight simulator called Aviator. It was supposed to show off the capabilities of the GX framebuffers. Does anybody have a copy? There are a few references on the web here and there, but no screenshots or videos.

Thanks,

Eddie

I'd love to lay hands on such a thing too, if anyone discovers it
floating around.

Hi All

Looks like I will be moving house in the coming weeks, fingers crossed, so
having the mother of all clear outs. This will likely be the first of a few
offers for kit before I decide to scrap it, which would be shame so hopefully
someone will step up and make use of it!

First up is a quantity of used and some new media for DLT (DLTIV), SDLT 1,
Ultrium 2 and 3 and some DAT tapes

Ideally would like collected, but could box and ship at cost, but I do not
have a lot of spare time so not my preferred option.

I also have the odd DLT and Ultrium 1 drive available

All available from NG23 5BX postcode in UK.

Hi All

Up next to a good home(!) are a quantity of SBus cards. There are various
ones, 10 and 100BaseT with/without Diff and Single Ended SCSI.

let me know if you can use any, again going to the scrap if no takers, note
they are not going to be tested, I do not have the time sadly.

Depends on the drive and the CD-RW. But I would cheerfully deal with
any necessary drive shuffling; I believe I have a SCSI CD-RW drive
somewhere, and I've never heard of one which wouldn't read its own
burns, so I expect I'll be able to handle any such issues.

It probably wouldn't be all that hard to set it up to run from disk
instead of from a CD, though admittedly that's a guess made without
having tried it.

I think I will be able to make it work well enough; I'm definitely
confident enough of it to want to try. :-)
